Maryborough Facilities

Comprising of a modern training and interview room, our facilities are ready for your next training session, interview process or demonstration.  The rooms are suitable for meeting sizes between 2 and 40 participants, and are located at 87a Napier Street, Maryborough, with all-day car parking at the rear of the building.
 

Inclusions:

  • Room hire, equipment, reception, water, tea, coffee, biscuits.
  • Any other equipment that is requested may incur additional costs.
  • Morning tea, afternoon tea and lunches can be arranged for an additional cost.
  • Catering must be ordered at least two days prior to the function.

Equipment:

  • Video/DVD
  • Television
  • Whiteboard
  • Portable overhead projector
  • Data projected (if requested)
  • Projector screen (if requested)
  • If any additional equipment is required, this can be organised by prior arrangement and may incur an additional cost.

Catering:

  • Due to health regulations patrons are not permitted by bring their own catering into the building.
  • Lunches, morning teas and afternoon teas must be ordered at least two days prior to the date of the function and are an additional cost.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 0-2 working days of function - 100% of room hire non-refundable, plus catering if we are unable to cancel.
  • 3-5 working days of function - 50% of room hire non-refundable, plus catering if we are unable to cancel.
  • 6-10 working days of function - 25% of room hire non-refundable, plus catering if we are unable to cancel.

Long Term Bookings:

  • Discounts are available for groups who make long term multiple bookings (please note that prices are subject to confirmation at time of bookings).
